How do we work at Minio?
Hybrid on-demand. What is it? It means we work from home and meet at the office when we need to work together. More planning, more brainstorming, or just not turning on the light bulb at home. We don’t have a specific day of the week when we all see each other, no minimum number of days. Our colleagues organise themselves – they know when it’s more efficient to stay at home in silence, or when they need the fizz of the office. We try to get together twice a month for training, workshops and plans.
We have colleagues who are in other cities and Max has even relocated to Austria. But it’s good to be from Bucharest or around, so that when we have filming or activations, you can be there.
So, the way of working at Minio is relaxed and based on self-responsibility. Plus, the people are super nice and the projects are really cool, you’ll love working on them… most days.
We’ve been experimenting with formats – we’ve partnered with Pluria to be able to work anytime in any co-working space in their network, we’ve had both fixed and large offices. Now Minio’s headquarter is at NOD Makerspace, on Splaiul Unirii – where we have offices, creative units, access to meeting rooms and our own coffee espresso machine.
Wouldn’t it be better for you to ask everything you want to know? The first time you will meet Ana, she will tell you everything you want to know, honestly and with humour, like we do around here.
You manage integrated campaigns, from strategy, concept, creative, shooting and shooting again, working with media agencies, digital assets, it’s all good if you like to handle everything with an iron fist…in a velvet glove, or even plush if you can.
Coordinate trade marketing campaigns, from stores. Lots of POPMs and a few promotions, no implementation per se. No chasing promoters, no worries.

Mid-level, being able to write on-point headlines, various digital texts, but you will also develop concepts and take part in all kinds of content creation projects.

Develop visuals and, based on them, multiple formats, whether digital or print. There’s going to be a lot of shop materials too – displays, pallets, theatrics, wobblers, if that sounds familiar, let’s get busy.

You work alongside the Reputation Manager – campaigns with influencers and content creators, from idea to reporting, media communications, press releases, all sorts of smaller and bigger tasks so you can learn the job quickly.
No one has left in months. It’s okay, it’s not an exodus. It’s just that we’ve gained new customers: beer, retail, food, staff that in addition to current collaborations. Some projects are regional, some are integrated, some employer branding – so we have the potential to do great work. And we’re just not going to do it with the same people, are we? At Minio, we don’t stay overtime, and if we do, it’s because we still have events or shoots, and the hours are paid.
