Design Thinking

Design Thinking is a methodology developed by Hasso-Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford ( and became famous through IDEO, who place it at the core of their business model. This methodology is used to solve complex problems, by understanding human needs, reframing the problem in a human-centric way, creating multiple ideas in ideation sessions, then prototype and test it. We use the whole process for complex problems (like employer branding proposition, positioning a brand, solving a complex issue like why do sales drop, creating a new service) or just parts of it (like empathy or ideation).

User experience (UX) design is the process meant to create products (usually digital ones in our field) that provide relevant experience to users. Don Norman, the inventor of the term, said “No product is an island. A product is more than the product. It is a cohesive, integrated set of experiences. Think through all of the stages of a product or service – from initial intentions through final reflections, from the first usage to help, service, and maintenance. Make them all work together seamlessly.” Easier said than done, but we are here to help.
