There are 20 of us and soon 25. That’s just the right size to make a great gang, both at work and at fun. We’re not too small, so we don’t have the resources to do everything. We’re not too many either, so that we don’t know each other and get lost in office politics.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re just the right number of people so we can coordinate on projects, know each other’s kids’ ages, cat names and musical preferences. We find out right away if one has a cold or a bad day. Or if someone’s been congratulated by a client or pulled some chestnuts out of the fire. We also get to know each other humanly, not just professionally, and complete each other like a jigsaw puzzle.<\/span><\/p>\n

We’re the kind of people for whom fun is fun and work is work. We do our work seriously, but relaxed. In absolutely every internal evaluation, the greatest thing about Minio comes up as…the team.<\/span><\/p>\n

But better apply yourself and see how we are. At the first you’ll meet Ana and have a little chat with her, who can tell you everything you want to know, honestly and with humour, like we do around here.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You manage integrated campaigns, from strategy, concept, creative, shooting and shooting again, working with media agencies, digital assets, it’s all good if you like to handle everything with an iron fist…in a velvet glove, or even plush if you can.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coordinate trade marketing campaigns, from stores. Lots of POPMs and a few promotions, no implementation per se. No chasing promoters, no worries.<\/span>

\nMid-level, being able to write on-point headlines, various digital texts, but you will also develop concepts and take part in all kinds of content creation projects.<\/span>

Develop visuals and, based on them, multiple formats, whether digital or print. There’s going to be a lot of shop materials too – displays, pallets, theatrics, wobblers, if that sounds familiar, let’s get busy.<\/span><\/p>\n

You work alongside the Reputation Manager – campaigns with influencers and content creators, from idea to reporting, media communications, press releases, all sorts of smaller and bigger tasks so you can learn the job quickly.<\/span><\/p>\n

No one has left in months. It’s okay, it’s not an exodus. It’s just that we’ve gained new customers: beer, retail, food, staff that in addition to current collaborations. Some projects are regional, some are integrated, some employer branding – so we have the potential to do great work. And we’re just not going to do it with the same people, are we? At Minio, we don’t stay overtime, and if we do, it’s because we still have events or shoots, and the hours are paid.<\/span><\/p>\n
