O putem rezuma la dou\u0103 momente focale \u2013 spoturile cu substrat realizate de Papaya \u0219i mesajul din cadrul protestelor\u00a0<em>\u201eVrem co\u0219uri de m\u00e2n\u0103 la Lidl\u201d<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Nu \u00eel ultimul r\u00e2nd, vedem\u00a0<strong>schimb\u0103ri de arhitectur\u0103<\/strong>cu care nu suntem obi\u0219nui\u021bi pe pia\u021ba local\u0103:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Trei fuziuni semnificative, doar una fiind global\u0103 (Ogilvy+Wunderman), celelalte 2 locale (Canopy+Edge \u0219i GMP+Webstyler)<\/li>\n<li>Multe lans\u0103ri de agen\u021bii pe zona de influencer marketing \u0219i content marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Forbes<\/strong>: Dar cele mai proaste\/regretabile trei lucruri ale anului 2018 pe pia\u021ba de comunicare pe care v\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219ura\u021bi activitatea?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ioana Mucenic<\/strong>: Pentru Minio, 2018 a fost un an bun \u2013 ne-am continuat cre\u0219terea accelerat\u0103. Aspectele negative resim\u021bite vin \u00eens\u0103 din 3 zone:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Infla\u021bia de pitchuri cu solicit\u0103ri exagerat de mari.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tot mai multe pitchuri vin cu nivel prea mare de ambiguitate \u0219i solicit\u0103 un num\u0103r inutil de mare de livrabile execu\u021bionale. Mai mult, exist\u0103 deseori gap \u00eentre ceea ce se cere \u00een brief \u0219i ceea ce \u00ee\u0219i dore\u0219te compania cu adev\u0103rat. De multe ori, solicitarea este s\u0103 avem abord\u0103ri foarte creative, curajoase, neconven\u021bionale, dar solu\u021bia implementat\u0103 este septic\u0103. Suntem \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 de\u00a0<em>boom<\/em>\u00a0economic, l-am mai v\u0103zut \u0219i \u00eenainte de 2008 \u2013 iar contextul acesta a \u00eencurajat \u0219i fluctua\u021bia de personal \u2013 este u\u0219or s\u0103 \u00eencerci o nou\u0103 pozi\u021bie sau un domeniu conex. Impactul asupra businessului de comunicare este unul major, pentru c\u0103, de multe ori, campaniile de succes vin ca urmare a unei rela\u021bii excelente cu clientul, iar aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie are nevoie de timp \u0219i de implicare din ambele p\u0103r\u021bi. Cu o fluctua\u021bie mare de personal, rela\u021biile agen\u021bie-client devin mult mai tranzac\u021bionale, iar asta nu ajut\u0103 nicio parte, nici moralul celor care lucreaz\u0103 \u0219i nici rezultatul.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Reducerea autonomiei decizionale \u00een cadrul departamentelor de marketing din companii.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Propunerile pe care le transmitem trec prin multiple filtre decizionale \u2013 v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, procurement, legal, distribu\u021bie, capacity planning, depinde de fiecare companie. Fiecare departament urm\u0103re\u0219te s\u0103 minimizeze riscul pe care campania propus\u0103 \u00eel aduce pe aria sa de expertiz\u0103 \u0219i solicit\u0103 modific\u0103ri. Adun\u00e2nd toate aceste cerin\u021be, de multe ori extreme, rezult\u0103 o campanie mult prea banal\u0103, pentru c\u0103 aceea este sigur\u0103. Abord\u0103rile mai curajoase vin cu bugete mici, pe activ\u0103ri punctuale, pe proiecte digitale experimentale, practic pe acele zone cu impact organiza\u021bional redus. Publicitatea ar trebui s\u0103 educe, s\u0103 distreze, s\u0103 inspire, s\u0103 atrag\u0103 aten\u021bia \u2013 iar asta nu se poate face dac\u0103 fiecare mesaj \u0219i fiecare imagine sunt cur\u0103\u021bate de orice tip de risc prezumptiv. A\u0219a ajungem cu aceast\u0103 publicitate agresiv\u0103 \u0219i banal\u0103 pe care nu o mai apreciaz\u0103 nimeni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forbes<\/strong>: Care sunt speran\u021bele \u0219i temerile dvs, referitoare la pia\u021ba de publicitate \u0219i marketing din Rom\u00e2nia \u00een anul 2019?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ioana Mucenic<\/strong>: Temerea mea principal\u0103 este faptul c\u0103 2019 va marca momentul de start al unei noi recesiuni economice, ceea ce va aduce un strat suplimentar de tensiune \u00een aceast\u0103 industrie suprasolicitat\u0103 de ritmul \u0219i dinamica schimb\u0103rii. Pe un fond general al emigr\u0103rii tinerilor, reducerea atractivit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i lipsa mediului academic de formare, agen\u021biile sunt obligate s\u0103 \u0219coleasc\u0103 angaja\u021bii, de multe ori de la no\u021biunile de baz\u0103. Sau s\u0103 \u00eei recruteze de la concuren\u021b\u0103.
