As much as we love what we do, at Minio it’s more than just about the work: it’s very important for us that our people feel appreciated for who they are.

That’s why the guys at Minio brought spring to Alizeului 3 with more than just the classic flowers, and held a collage exhibition celebrating their colleagues and what makes them unique.

“All an Art” was a holistically organised event where no detail was left to chance:

– Wristband-based access and a master of ceremonies who welcomed the ladies with a broad smile and a glass of bubbly

– An artistic moment hosted by our lyrically inclined Art Director, Teofan Gavriliu.

– Exhibition space where each of the colleagues could admire the personalized collages.

– Because we couldn’t resist a little activation, we also had an area with materials where all the guests could make their own collages.

And obviously they were so appreciated that the girls took their collages home.

The boys also had a performance review session against the OKRs, which very quickly turned into a mini brainstorming session for next year!
